PUPPIES

Seals co-ordinates a list of breeders with puppies available or due. To be eligible for inclusion on this list the following criteria apply. 

 Breeder must be a S.e.a.l.s. member.

 Both sire and dam must be hip-scored.

 Hip score must be 25 or less with difference between hips of 10 or less.

 Both sire and dam must have current (within 12 months) eye certificates.

 Eye certificates must be clear of hereditary cataract.

 Dam must be 2 years old but less than 7 years old.

Copies of all health documents should be sent along with names and dates of birth of sire and dam, date litter was born or is due and your contact details. Results of elbow and heart test results will also be shown on the list if provided.

Details will be sent out to enquirers for a period of 3 months but this period can be extended if puppies are still unsold after this time.

This service is free of charge to breeders and enquirers.

STUD DOGS

Stud dogs can be advertised in the Seals newsletter, LeoLink, for a period of 12 months (3 issues) for £20.  A photo can be added for a further £5. Stud dogs must meet the criteria as for the breeder list.  Please send health certificates, photos and details of pedigree, show and working achievements along with your contact details.

OLDER DOGS

There is also a new service for breeders or owners who need to find homes for other Leos.  We have a list available of people wanting to offer homes to Leos of all ages.  If you need to find a home for any Leo then we can pass on suitable contacts to you.  The charge for this service will be a donation to welfare of minimum £20.
