2004 Health Survey Results Thanks to all who sent back their
health survey forms. This page shows the overview of all the data collected. In the UKLA newsletter, Leolink, I will be breaking the various sections down into more detail to show the types of problem
being encountered. Also a comparison will be made to the 1998 survey to see if the findings have changed. Data was returned on 79 dogs of which 40 were bitches, which is a nice even sample. Of the 79 dogs,
22 were reported as having no health problems at all. This is over 25% of dogs in the sample. 30 dogs were reported as showing some type of aggression, most commonly towards other dogs but
some more severe aggression towards people was reported. 17 of the reports were for dogs that are deceased.
